The reason why most of the video is tinted a red color is because I woke at 3:00 AM and started working on this. I use a blue light blocking software called Iris to mitigate the damage caused by excessive blue light from the monitor screens at the wrong time of the day which causes a circadian mismatch (hormonal imbalance + more)
